As a certified business coach, William has logged over 5,000 hours coaching, consulting, and working with over 200 business owners and small businesses. William served in the USMC (United States Marine Corps) for three years prior to getting a medical discharge. As a result, he brings the same passion to each and every client whether they are in the domain of the small business or CEO’s of large corporations. His passion is for small businesses to grow and this is evident by the type of clients and the community he leads his company to serve. As the leader of an all veteran employee company, William seeks to hire and serve even larger number of veterans. He became a certified coach with CPPM, Newfield Network in 1999, after 14 months of training and internship with Business Coach, Richard LeKander. William has gone on to develop a Trademarked Conversational Model of Business™ and the Trademarked, Selection and Retention of Star Employee Process™ that when implemented saves thousands of hours and dollars for CFR’s clients. It also provides a unique way of looking at business and business issues and lets the owner simplify his Systems and processes. He created Glory to the Lord Investments, Inc in 2006 and it owns three DBA’s: CFR & Associates, CFR Supply Chain Management (CFR SCM) and CFR Staffing & Recruiting. CFR SCM has two joint ventures, CSUN, JV, which is a formal relationship with an 8(a) firm to provide water treatment chemicals to the VA. And Veterans Landscape which provides cemetery maintenance, tree trimming and landscaping services to the VA. William serves in several volunteer roles because of being the Los Angeles Chapter President of the USVBA. He chairs an Annual Turning Construction Contacts into Contracts Conference, now in its 8th year. Other volunteer assignments include Chair of the LAUSD SBAC (Small Business Advisory Council), TBAC’s (Transportation Business Advisory Council) Legislative Chair, and member of the DGS SBAC. He is a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and the LAUSD Construction Boot Camp.
